Rafed has signed agreement with the Smart Way Comapny on 21 Feb 2010 . The agreement gives Rafed the right to disribute Smart Way services in Oman. Smart Way services focus on electronic educational software and training. It has also wide range of open source software for file sharing and archiveing.
