KOM 4 is one of the projects that PEIE rely upon in the revitalization of investment in the Knowledge Oasis Muscat (KOM). This project is designed as a landmark building transferring ICT infrastructure and accommodations in
the park to advanced levels of professionalism.
In short, the project utilize an area of 45,800 square meters, dedicated into state of the art office spaces and other common facilities, plus 5042 square meters basement employed for vehicles parking. KOM 4 waiting list is evolving gradually as the construction work move toward more advanced stages. Should every thing go as planned, we shall expect KOM4 facilities to actively serve by the mid of 2010.
